The RHU230-630 hydraulic head is suitable for installing electrical crimping connectors on conductors up to 630 mm2. It adopts the standard die set compatible with other 230 kN tools and heads. It is the ideal choice for crimping aluminium connectors, conforming to AFNOR C33-090-1, using the accessories provided by AFNOR NFC 033-090-4. The head is closed and comes complete with a male quick-release coupling with automatic locking. Using the AU230-130-C/N and AU 230-PS/E adapters, it can use the semicircular plug-in die set common to tools developing a force of 130 kN. For its operation, it is necessary to combine it with a hydraulic pump with a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar.
